Kerri Chandler

Get to know the artist

Kerri Chandler is a longstanding voice in New Jersey house, with an approach built around drums, expressive keyboard parts and soulful vocals. Spaces and Places takes the connection between music and dancefloor literally: its recordings were made in 24 different clubs using a mobile studio.

A record made in clubs: Released through Kaoz Theory in 2022, Spaces and Places includes recordings from rooms such as Printworks, Sub Club and Rex. The venue names attached to tracks identify their recording setting, making the album a useful map of the project as well as a listening destination.
