First Sydney show in 3 years
A Guy Called Gerald is the name of Gerald Simpson, a British producer and musician from Manchester. Early on he was part of 808 State, and in 1988 he had a solo hit with Voodoo Ray, which got to number 12 in the UK. In the 1990s he moved into breakbeat and jungle, releasing the album Black Secret Technology in 1995, and he ran Juice Box Records, a London label, between 1991 and 1998.

The venue

A compact, single-room underground club. Its open floor puts the dancing in one shared space rather than splitting the night between several rooms.
The published entrance route includes stairs. Confirm your access requirements with the venue before booking; do not assume step-free entry.
