Ellen Allien is the stage name of Ellen Fraatz, a Berlin-based German DJ, producer and label founder. She started BPitch Control and, in 2018, UFO Inc., a label for rougher, rave-leaning techno. Her music blends IDM and techno with experimental touches, and her album Stadtkind is a tribute to Berlin. She hosts raves at RSO in Berlin under the name We Are Not Alone.
Show history from Resident Advisor.
The venue
A small East Williamsburg nightclub and cocktail bar at 175 Morgan Avenue, built around its sound system and long-form DJ sets.
Hours change with each party, so the club sends people to its RA and Instagram listings for times.
