The step-free entrance is on Bastings Street; the High Street door has two steps. An accessible toilet is inside the auditorium. Companion cards are accepted if you arrange it before show day.

Tram 86 stops at Northcote Town Hall on High Street. Merri and Northcote stations on the Mernda line are each under a kilometre away on foot.
- Parking
Nearby streets are mostly permit-only. The venue points drivers to free parking at Northcote Plaza, roughly 15 minutes away on foot.
