Know the room

A four-storey club on Maruyamacho in Shibuya, open since 2000. Its main dance floor rises as one open space from the second to the fourth floor, with smaller rooms on the first and fourth floors. It marked its 25th anniversary in 2025.

Size

The floor guide lists the second-floor main room at 201 square metres, the first-floor room at about 62, the fourth-floor room at about 71 and the third-floor Premium Lounge at about 74. DJ Mag gives the club a capacity of 1,000.

Room notes

The third-floor Premium Lounge is an indoor terrace that looks down over the main floor. The club pairs a sound system it says came from New York with large LED screen visuals.

Before you go

Late-night events are closed to anyone under 20, and the door checks photo ID: a driver’s licence, passport or My Number Card. A health insurance card only works alongside a second ID that shows your photo. There is no re-entry, and coin lockers are few.

Tickets

Most events sell advance tickets from the event page on the WOMB site, and a door price is listed for paying on the night.

Parking

There is no club car park; WOMB points drivers to nearby coin parking.
